Children and School-Based Learning
Learnorama is designed to support school-age learners, including children. Schools and parents/guardians play an important role in authorising student participation.
Where Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act) requires verifiable parental consent or other specific safeguards, Learnorama will implement the applicable requirements before processing children’s personal data.
Zero Advertising Policy: We do not knowingly use children’s personal data for behavioural advertising, and we do not intend to track or profile children for advertising.
Contextual Educational Metrics: Educational progress indicators are intended to support learning, not to provide clinical diagnoses, medical assessments, or definitive measures of intelligence or psychological condition. Schools and parents should review these indicators in context. Schools must only upload or provide student data when they have the authority to do so.

NOVA and related automated features may use lesson context, questions, submitted responses, and learning progress to generate explanations or recommendations.
Automated outputs may be inaccurate and should not replace educator judgement. Learnorama will describe material third-party AI processing, if any, where applicable.

We retain data only for as long as needed for educational delivery, school contracts, support, legal compliance, dispute handling, and legitimate operational purposes, and then delete or anonymise it as appropriate.
