Terms & Conditions
The contractual terms and usage guidelines governing access to Learnorama's educational website, LMS platform, cinematic lessons, and school services.
Acceptance and Scope
These Terms govern access to Learnorama’s website, AI-powered LMS, cinematic educational lessons, Future Skills activities, interactive labs, assessments, NOVA learning assistance, dashboards, workshops, and related offerings.
By accessing or using the services, users agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. For children, a parent/guardian or authorised school representative must provide the permissions required by law.
School or enterprise agreements may contain additional or controlling commercial terms that govern institutional deployments.
Our Services
Learnorama provides digital learning content and technology tools for schools, teachers, students, parents, and partners. Features and availability may differ by plan, school configuration, or age group.
Demonstrations, trials, beta tools, and future features may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Curriculum Alignment Note: References to curriculum alignment describe educational intent and pedagogical mapping; they do not imply government, CBSE, or NCERT formal endorsement unless expressly established in writing.
Accounts and Responsibilities
Account holders must provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, and use only access authorised for their specific role.
Schools are responsible for authorising their personnel and student enrolments and for managing their local school policies and permissions. Parents should supervise children as appropriate for their age.
Users must promptly report suspected account misuse. Learnorama may suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, nonpayment, or material violations, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Educational Content and AI
Lessons, quizzes, simulations, progress metrics, and NOVA responses are educational support tools. They may contain errors, may not cover every curricular requirement, and are not substitutes for qualified teachers, official examinations, professional advice, or statutory educational guidance.
Learning behaviour, cognitive skill, or similar progress reports are not medical or psychological diagnoses, and no specific grades, admission results, or competitive examination outcomes are guaranteed. Educators and parents should verify important academic outputs.
Licence and Intellectual Property
Learnorama and its licensors retain all legal rights, title, and interest in the platform, branding, characters, audiovisual lessons, software, proprietary interfaces, and original educational materials.
During an active authorised subscription, users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the permitted services for their intended educational purpose.
Unless separately authorised in writing, users may not redistribute, resell, publicly screen for commercial purposes, record and republish, reverse engineer, or extract substantial portions of the platform or its content, except where applicable law permits.
User Submissions
Users may submit assignments, lab projects, questions, images, or other materials where interactive features allow. Users remain responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to submit them and for avoiding unlawful or harmful content.
Users grant Learnorama the limited permission needed to host, process, display to authorised school users, and technically operate the requested educational features. This permission does not transfer ownership of original user submissions to Learnorama.
School agreements and our Privacy Policy govern relevant personal student data.
Acceptable Use Policy
All users must maintain ethical conduct. You agree not to:
- •Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, administrative dashboards, or backend servers.
- •Disrupt systems, introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
- •Impersonate other educators, students, or administrators, or misrepresent organizational affiliations.
- •Harass, exploit, or endanger children in any manner.
- •Scrape protected content, bypass rate limits, or circumvent account and subscription controls.
- •Misuse cybersecurity learning modules against third-party external networks without verified written authorisation.
Learnorama may investigate and respond proportionately to misuse, including removing infringing content or restricting account access.
School Licensing and Partner Programs
School LMS subscriptions, implementation, training, support, student-seat limits, renewals, payment schedules, and service levels are governed by the applicable proposal, order form, invoice, or signed institutional agreement.
Future Skills Academy, franchise, and regional partner arrangements require a separate executed written agreement and do not arise merely from submitting an enquiry form. Schools and partners must not represent themselves as official franchisees or agents without written authorisation.
Fees, Taxes, Renewals and Cancellations
Prices, applicable taxes (including GST), billing cycles, and included features are clearly stated at checkout or within the applicable commercial agreement.
No automatic renewal will occur unless explicitly disclosed, agreed upon, and accepted by the client.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any overriding written institutional contract, subject to non-waivable statutory consumer rights. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in access restrictions following appropriate formal notice.
Privacy and Child Protection
Personal data is handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy. Schools and authorised adults must comply with applicable statutory obligations concerning student information and parental consent.
Users must not publish other students’ private information or upload sensitive records unless expressly required and authorised for a supported educational service.
Availability and External Services
We aim to provide reliable, high-availability platform access but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, telecom connectivity issues, school local infrastructure, and external internet providers can affect availability.
Third-party websites, tools, and integrations may be governed by their own independent terms. Learnorama may update features for security, accessibility, performance, or educational enhancement, with appropriate advance notice where changes materially affect paid services.
Warranties and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or particular educational examination outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protection provisions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Any negotiated liability limits in a signed school agreement will apply to that specific agreement; otherwise, liability will be determined under applicable law. Users are responsible for losses caused by their own unlawful or material misuse, to the extent legally enforceable.
Termination and Data Handling
Users may request closure of eligible individual accounts, subject to school-managed permissions, contractual obligations, and statutory retention duties.
Upon expiry or termination of a subscription, access to licensed services may conclude. Requests for export or deletion of school academic records will be handled in accordance with the applicable institutional agreement, our Privacy Policy, and Indian law.
Changes and Dispute Resolution
We may revise these Terms with a new effective date and reasonable notice of material changes where required.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory consumer and other applicable statutory jurisdiction rules, courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved amicably.
